- Reservations and Policies -

• A two night stay is expected for summer weekends: three night reservation for holidays. ($10 extra for one night)
• Reservations are secured by a deposit of one night's lodging, or credit card confirmation
• Package reservations require payment in full 7 days prior to arrival
• All interior rooms are non-smoking
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind
• Reservations are secured by a deposit of the cost of one night 's lodging.
• Package reservation payments are due in full 7 days prior to the date of stay.
• No deposit will be refunded if cancellation is within 7 days of the  date of stay.
• There will be an additional charge of $10 for each additional guest over the stated occupancy of the room
